This is a sturdy wool which is effortless to spin and makes for a wonderful multipurpose yarn. It is soft enough for mittens, hats, and socks, but will have good abrasion resistance. It’s a classic British wool, which is begging to be turned into a sweater or jumper!

Wash in warm water by hand; reshape and lay flat to dry. Be sure to set your yarn in warm soapy water with no agitation. Rinse thoroughly and block if desired. This fiber WILL felt. Want to see the tutorials I have for spinning beautiful art batts like this one?:
