I decided I needed a podcast to help me express my thoughts about a range of topics, and it’ll be my therapy while I await an autism diagnosis.

I’m autistic. And a crafter. I’m an autistic crafter. I realise where my creativity comes from and I believe it is highly motivated by autism and my need for comforting textures and influence over yarn design.
