Hand Knit Fingerless Mitts - Vedis Adult Medium
These fingerless mitts are made from my Vedis cabled mitt pattern. This pair has been made from handspun Jacob wool blended with sparkly fibers. This size will fit a wrist that is 6.25 inches (16cm); it could fit a slightly larger wrist or smaller wrist, but will effect the ease and comfort.
Real wool will keep you warmer than synthetic fibers. The many properties of wool mean that they retain freshness in between washes, so they are friendly to the environment and don’t give you extra laundry. With proper care, they will last many years.
These mitts will felt. To launder, hand wash in warm soapy water without agitation. Rinse in warm water. Roll in a towel to remove extra moisture (do not put into washing machine of a spin cycle—it will shrink!). Hang to dry.
